Awesome location combined with accommodating staff there. It has exceptionally comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom.

The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, we liked it.

I would stay here again, it has great price and cozy rooms. The staff are affable and helpful, thanks for the help. Set in a nice area close to restaurangs, garden, grocery stores. And the beach is within 15 minutes walk.

it was a pleasant accommodation that was reasonably clean. every staff member was competent and provided an exceptional service. the bedroom was cosy with a really big bed. perfect and prime location, adjacent to art deco district & lively outdoor cafes.

It is fairly clean and in a downtown neighbourhood. It has spacious bedrooms and large separate bathroom...

We chose this accommodation for its decent value. Respectful personnel, easy location, new and clean accommodation. Open bathroom was bright. Early check in, nice service too.

Its annoying air conditioner that was a bit noisy.

Staff was willing to help. Even though beds were a little lumpy, we loved the stay here. The location in the city was quiet, short walk to South Beach, shops and coffee shop. The food was fab and appetising.

Tbh, the room was not well maintained.

Really enjoyed to stay there, the place is cute. For dinner go to El Pescaito, situated close to the apartment. Sweet staff at all times. Overall AWESOME stay.

Beautiful apartment, it was reasonably spacious & fairly clean. Amazing management and staff. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, had a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets...

Couldn't find hot water.

A very good apartment, with a comfortable bedroom and a bright bathroom, equipped with the basics. Had early check in. Got a gorgeous breakfast, the food was delicious!

The rooms were pleasant, liked this cute apartment. Staff was wonderful, helped us with everything. There was free wifi in the room. Comfy location in the art deco district. We went to nearby Metro Kitchen & Bar to relax & have a drink😃

Amazing staff, reasonably clean apartment, decent location. Easy check-in. Good service, everything was very good. Bed was great and I appreciated the fact that the bedroom was large. They offered me breakfast, it was awesome with plenty of dishes.

I loved the fact that there was public parking. Alton Road & 9th Street bus stop was within walking distance of the apartment. The housekeeper was very, very nice. Absolutely clean room, and bed was soft.

Ideal location, staff was fantastic, fairly clean property. Beds were perfect and reasonably spacious, everything was amazing. There was a green garden near the apartment. Beautiful place, loved having the city center within 20 minutes on foot.

A comfortable place for sightseeing in Miami Beach. Helpful host, very good location. Besides, it is 20 mins walk to city centre.

easy to get to david's cafe cafecito, located within 5 minutes on foot. it's 5 minutes' drive from collins avenue. walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. nice welcome from host.
